Body Wash:

Massage on body and into wet hair and scalp. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.

Body Lotion:

To use body lotion, apply a small amount to your hands and massage it onto your skin, paying particular attention to areas that are dry or prone to dryness.

Be sure to use enough lotion to fully moisturise your skin.

It is best to apply the lotion immediately after showering or bathing, as this will help lock in moisture and keep your skin hydrated throughout the day.

You can use the lotion as often as needed, depending on your skin type and the level of dryness.
