Distance Selling Regulations

Under the European Union’s Distance Selling Regulations, customers located within the European Union are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period where customers have the right to cancel the order.

Notification of the order cancellation must be received by APPLE & BEARS in writing within 14 working days starting from the day after the goods are received by the customer. These regulations dictate that APPLE & BEARS will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered and the original delivery charge. APPLE AND BEARS Ltd is not liable to cover the original postage cost for sending the order to the customer or the postage costs of the customer returning the goods.

The above right to cancellation only applies to customers located within the European Union.

Returns Policy

Where goods are unwanted and notification is received after the 14 day cooling off period APPLE & BEARS is unable to offer a refund or exchange against the order.

Returns Procedure

In the event of returning an item to us, please email: customerservices@appleandbears.com

In your email, please make sure to state your full name, postal address, contact number/email address and the order number.

Once we receive your email, we will outline the next steps to return the product to us.

All returns should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which the items were originally received unless damaged and unfit for purpose. The cost of returning the goods is the customer’s liability.

Refunds or exchanges will only be made if the item is in a sellable condition. The product must not be opened or used or the product bottle/packaging damaged enough to deem it unsuitable to sell.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging or damaged products.

We recommend that the item(s) are returned via Royal Mail and that a proof of postage is obtained in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.

Where a returned item has qualified for a discount, only the cost of the product after the discount will be refunded and not the normal full price of the item.

Where a refund is due, payment will be processed onto the credit/debit card/PayPal account with which the purchase was made within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received by us. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to be credited into the bank account depending on the issuing/receiving bank.

Faulty/ Damaged Goods

If for any reason the goods you receive are faulty or damaged APPLE & BEARS sincerely apologise and will refund the cost of the item and original delivery charge. Alternatively, we would exchange the product to the cost of the original item and dispatch the item free of charge.

You will be required to send us the faulty item for inspection. Once we receive the item, we will notify you via email and undertake the necessary checks to determine if the product is liable for any refund/exchanges.
