Free UK Express Delivery on orders over £17 We offer free UK express delivery on all orders over £17. Orders under £17 are charged at a flat rate of £4.50.

Delivery Times

• Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days
• International Delivery: 7–14 working days (charges calculated at checkout)

Order Processing Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed the next working day.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

International Orders We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Apple & Bears is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@appleandbears.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
