7. Distance selling regulations
Under the European Union’s Distance Selling Regulations, customers located within the European Union are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period where customers have the right to cancel the order.
Notification of the order cancellation must be received by APPLE AND BEARS LIMITED in writing within 14 working days starting from the day after the goods are received by the customer. These regulations dictate that APPLE AND BEARS LIMITED will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered. APPLE AND BEARS LIMITED is not liable to cover the original postage cost for sending the order to the customer or the postage costs of the customer returning the goods.
The above right to cancellation only applies to customers located within the European Union.
8. Returns Policy
Where goods are unwanted and notification is received after the 14 day cooling off period APPLE AND BEARS LIMITED is unable to offer a refund or exchange against the order.

9. Faulty/ Damaged Goods
If for any reason the goods you receive are faulty or damaged, APPLE AND BEARS LIMITED sincerely apologise and will refund the cost of the item and original delivery charge. Alternatively, APPLE AND BEARS LIMITED will offer to exchange the product to the cost of the original item and dispatch the item free of charge.

10. Our contract with you
When you place a purchasing order from the APPLE & BEARS website, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, which contains all the relevant details of your order.
Your order represents an offer from you to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and is confirmed by an email we send to you stating that we have dispatched the order. Our acceptance of your order will only be complete once we send the dispatch confirmation email to you.
APPLE AND BEARS LIMITED has the right to refuse the acceptance of any order for any reason. In the event of APPLE AND BEARS LIMITED not accepting an order, the customer will be notified and entitled to a full refund providing that no fraudulent activity has taken place, in which the relevant authorities will be notified.
When you send to or receive emails from us, you are communicating with us electronically. We will communicate with you via email or by posting or updating notices on this website.
For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all notices, agreements, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement in the same strength as if it was provided in writing. Order dispatch and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed times and should not be treated as such. APPLE & BEARS does not bare any responsibility for the late, misplaced delivery or loss of your order.
